Algae and other growth on walls or surfaces can look unsightly. In these areas, growth can spread and worsen during wet seasons and throughout colder months, especially common on render, roofs and brickwork.
Using pressure doesn’t always make for the most effective clean. It can be overly aggressive and can cause damage to some surfaces.
We now utilise a soft washing technique, using very low pressure with steam to remove the worst of the growth, followed by a biocidal treatment.
We apply the treatment to remove dirt, growth and help prevent regrowth in the area.
Soft washing can be undertaken in hard-to-reach and delicate areas, mostly, without the need for access equipment scaffolding.
